Ingredients Of Pav Bhaji and How to Prepare It at Home

One of India’s most renowned street foods, Pav Bhaji is a meal consisting of dinner rolls served with crunchy piquant onions, herby coriander, and tangy lemon.

  • ¼ cup peas
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • Two mashed and boiled potatoes

  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • Water for adjusting consistency
  • Three red food color drops    
  • 1¼ tsp of Kashmiri red
  • ½ finely chopped capsicum
  • 1½ tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 2 tsp of dry fenugreek leaves

  • ½ lemon juice

  3. Proceed by heating 1 tbsp butter, adding 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala, ¼ tbsp chili powder, and 1tsp dry fenugreek leaves.
  4. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ lemon juice, and one onion, then suit well.
  5. Add three red food color drops the stir properly.
  6. Boil and mash for about 5 minutes while adjusting consistency using water.
  7. You can now serve Pav Bhaji as it is.
